Our corporate identity is how we represent the Quantum Workplace name and logo both inside and outside the company. This section includes guidance on how to use our:
Knowing when and how to use our company name is important for maintaining a consistent brand identity across teams, channels, and communities.
Almost always. This is the preferred way to use our company name, especially externally.
QW is for informal and internal use only. It should never be used in external communications.
Quantum is for informal and internal use only. It should never be used in external communications. One exception: when restricted by character count, such as an app name, Twitter handle, etc.
The Quantum Workplace logo is our most valuable visual brand asset. It is our most frequently used asset and is generally the first visual interaction an individual has with our company. Use our logo consistently, correctly, and obsessively.
The Quantum Workplace logo has two versions, horizontal and stacked, and the horizontal version is our primary logo. The stacked version is reserved for swag or when working with limited space. Minimum sizes of each logo are listed below.
Logo Mark: Because the mark doesn’t have our name in it, it should be used sparingly. Examples of this are on apparel, internal communications, or swag.
Preferred: Horizontal

*Don't download and use the image logos above. They are not high resolution.
Just like people, logos need to breathe.
Using the height of "Quantum" around all sizes of the logo gives it visual space it needs. The first example below shows this minimum clearance process.
The downloadable logo files are built with the minimum clearance space mentioned above, however we recommend adding more white space around the logo when possible. See below examples for inspiration.
Our primary logo colors are QW Orange and QW Dark Blue. When legibility is concerned, solid black or solid white can be used. The solid QW Orange is reserved for swag, signage, or other special use cases.
If you are working on a project and are considering a color combination not listed above, for example apparel or signage, contact the brand team for permission.
Building an effective brand means maintaining consistency in all communications. Using our logo incorrectly dilutes the impact of our brand identity. No matter the media or circumstances, always follow these guidelines when using our logo.

When Quantum Workplace partners with another company or wins an award, a logo lockup can be created. These are commonly used in press releases, social graphics, or in resources. Lockups are created using the guidelines below.
A boilerplate is a short summary of what our company does. The boilerplate rarely changes or is adapted for various formats. We use our boilerplate for “official” company descriptions on press releases, reports, partner profiles, agreements, and sales contracts.
